I grew up in Ireland and completed my midwifery training at Trinity College Dublin. I moved to the UK over 7 years ago and have worked in multiple areas within maternity across London.

I currently lead the infant feeding team at a major London hospital which helps keep me up to date with all the latest evidence for infant feeding.

I have always found breastfeeding fascinating and it brings me great joy to support people in achieving their breastfeeding goals!
